Labor Day Weekend
What a great weekend we just had! First and foremost, goooo Dawgs! The weekend started with the first UGA game. Dada got me up early, and we went and had our traditional breakfast with Pee-paw. Eventually Molly, Mama, Yaya, and Papa came to join us at the tailgate. After a lot of running around with my pal, Lucy, and eating a lot of yummy food, Yaya and Papa took Molly and I home so Dada and Mama could go to the game. Later that night, we celebrated Yaya's 60th birthday with some ice cream cake! Yum! Happy birthday, Yaya!

North Bound!
Hey! I just wanted to post this blog and let y'all know about my great and memorable trip up North! We set out on our adventure last Thursday. Our final destination, Lake Geneva in Wisconsin to celebrate my Great Nana's 85th birthday! Here are a few pictures capturing our trip......

Here we go!
Here's dad....our driver for the trip.
Luckily, I had my partner in crime in the back seat with me to keep me occupied!
After A LOT of 'stinking' exits and a lot of different states (5 to be exact), we finally made our first stop...Midway Airport in Illinois. Here we picked up a few passengers...Papa, Yaya, and Molly!
Here is Molly right after her first flight! What took us 12 hours, took her 1 1/2. No fair!
Our next stop was our great aunt Lori's house. Even though we weren't able to stay as long as we would have liked, it was great to see Lori, Jim, and Great Grandma John!
After visiting and a yummy lunch, it was back in the car for yet some more driving!
Here we go.....Again! Final stop, Lake Geneva!
After a short ride, we finally arrived in Delevan, Wisconsin! Molly and Nana got to meet for the first time.
Nana could always seem to make Molly smile!

After a lot of hugging and kissing, we gave Nana some gifts. One was a picture of all her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Underneath included a sign of all the words her grandchildren came up with as words that described her. The bigger the word was on the page, the more grandchildren used that particular word to describe her. As you can see 'Beautiful' and 'Loving' were the most popular!

What a crew!

So great to be all together!
Nick sure has a way with babies!

Let the weekend begin!
The next day, we all received 'Nana's 85th Birthday Bash' t-shirts. My cousins, John and Patrick were team captains and picked their teams for our family wiffle ball game!

The game was really fun...but really pooped Molly out.

After she recovered, we all headed to the pool for some cooling off!

After a dip, we all got ready for our nice dinner to celebrate our family and Nana. It was a special night that included great food, a wonderful slide show and most of all the best company!
Nana got the ribs! She didn't quite make it through all of them...but almost!

Dada took me outside. I loved running around in the grass......
looking at the boats go by.....and
taking in the beautiful lake!
I especially loved my time I got to spend with John and Patrick! They are so much fun!

The 'grown-ups' even got to go out for a little bit and enjoy themselves.
It was really hard to leave. However, as my good pal Dr. Seuss said, 'Don't cry because it is over. Smile because it happened!'
What a blast this past weekend was! I can't wait until next time, but for now....it's good to be home!

First Day of Preschool!
Momma was so proud of my picture!
My first day at school was so much fun! My teacher reported that I did great today! I got a little upset for about 10-15 minutes on and off when I realized Mom was gone, but Miss Kristy said after that, I was perfect! I especially loved playing outside on the playground. I think this school thing is going to be alright. I'll keep you posted!
